NFC technology establishes a connection between your phone and the picture frame. Then, in an average of 20 seconds, the selected picture is ‘printed’ onto the frame.

The app is designed to make changing pictures as easy as putting a new one on the wall – no Wi-Fi setup, account creation, or cloud services needed.
Technologically, your phone detects the frame via NFC and transfers the picture directly to the frame via Bluetooth, meaning the frame doesn’t need to be online and the photo doesn’t pass through servers. Usage is simple: open the app, select a photo or an art image from the gallery, adjust the frame if needed, and bring your phone to the bottom left corner of the frame, where ‘Tap-to-Print’ activates. After a few moments (on average 20 seconds), the new picture is displayed. Since the frame uses E Ink Spectra 6 e-paper technology, the result looks natural and paper-like – without the ‘screen glow’ of backlighting. Energy is primarily consumed only when changing the picture, not while hanging on the wall.

Does the app require an account?
No – photos remain on your phone and are sent directly to the picture frame using Bluetooth technology. Photos are not sent to servers.
How quickly do pictures change?
You can send one picture to the frame at a time, which can be selected from existing pictures in the app or from your phone. After bringing your phone to the frame’s left corner, the picture is sent via Bluetooth connection. Then, within approximately 20 seconds, the picture is ‘printed’ onto the screen. Therefore, this is not a classic picture frame where you can upload your entire travel catalog and then view it.
Is the app available for iOS and Android?
Yes. The app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
How long will the app be supported?
The picture frame does not rely on the cloud for operation. Tap-to-Print technology enables updates directly from your phone. As long as you have the app, you can update pictures.
Is a Wi-Fi connection required?
No. Picture updates happen directly from the phone to the frame, and Wi-Fi is not needed. The phone detects the frame via NFC, and picture transfer occurs via NFC + Bluetooth.
